1. Customs and Import Duties

  • Delivered Duties Paid (DDP):
    Import duties and taxes are collected and paid during checkout.

  • Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU):
    Import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility upon delivery. Any applicable fees must be handled by the customer.

2. Calculation of Taxes and Duties

  • For DDP Orders:
    Depending on the destination country, duties and taxes may be included in the product price or displayed at checkout.

  • For DDU Orders:
    Customers are liable for all import duties, customs, and taxes. Payment is required to release the order from customs upon arrival.

3. Exchange Rate Application

  • Currency Conversion:
    Purchases made in currencies other than USD are converted by our partner, Flow Commerce, Inc. This includes a conversion fee, ensuring the exchange rate is locked at the time of checkout.

  • Payment Recommendations:
    It’s advisable to pay in the currency matching your payment method to avoid additional bank fees for currency conversion.

Warranty and Maintenance

We offer a 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing and material defects.

To claim the warranty, contact us with your proof of purchase and a description of the problem accompanied by images of the watch.

We recommend cleaning the watch regularly with a soft cloth and avoiding exposure to chemicals, extreme temperatures and shocks.

Yes, we offer maintenance and repair services. If the value of maintenance and shipping is more expensive than the value of the watch, we offer you a special discount coupon so that you can purchase another new watch and the cost would be less than the repair. Contact us for more details and costs.
